Dating back to the early 1900s, the residence has been expertly restored to preserve the original materials and features, highlighting unique details that make it truly special.
The farmhouse overlooks a lush garden of more than 3,000 square meters, rich in flowers, plants, hedges and trees that provide pleasant shaded areas. Second floor: Blue Room with fireplace and bathroom. Green Room with bathroom with hydromassage shower. Both with balcony. The second bedroom in the main building has direct access from the B&B staircase and can become the fifth room to be used as a B&B.
Second floor: Pink Bedroom with double bed and Yellow Bedroom with two single beds, shared bathroom the same as on the second floor.
The property has additional rooms, including a large room used for ironing and storage, communicating with an attic already insulated, with provision for electrical and plumbing, equipped with exposed wooden beams, velux and large windows overlooking the garden.
