In Casorzo Monferrato, an area in rapid and constant growth in the wine-making field, we offer for sale over two hectares of vineyards divided into plots with easy access and adjacent to each other for a total of over two hectares.
The cultivation is divided between the most popular DOC varieties of the area, more precisely 8.000 square meters of Nebbiolo DOC, 7.300 square meters of Freisa DOC and 10.000 square meters of Malvasia di Casorzo DOC. Over 6.000 square meters of sowing land are also included in the offer.
The land is actively tended and highly productive, with recently planted vines perfectly suited to mechanical harvesting. Possibility of purchase for investment, with the vineyards maintained and cultivated by a third party.
The small town of Casorzo Monferrato lies among the Monferrato hills, halfway between Asti and Casale Monferrato, and is known for a production of excellence: malvasia wine, an aromatic with a sweet flavor. This quaint village boasts ancient origins; we find traces of its name as far back as Celtic times when it already made itself noteworthy as a particularly well-defended settlement, thanks in part to its dominant position on top of the hill.
